•Prices can rise if the drawing is very complex, or possibly needs to be finished in a small time frame!

•I DO NOT send wips of pieces in DMs, unless they are specifically asked for.

-I do not edit markings (i.e during a spot into a strip, or a blue spot red, etc)/add accessories/piercings/etc that are not on the ref, I will not edit it. I don't have time to do the edits you don't have on your reference. Or trying to match something from a photo. I don't have time for the edits to make it "perfect" if its not on your ref I will not do it.-Markings I missed that are visible on the ref, or on the ref can be changed because that is my bad-DO NOT EDIT MY ART, this will result in blacklisting and blocking because it is just rude and disrespectful.•Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances/conditions, to use any part of their finished commission(s) for non fungible tokens OR FOR AI. They are not allowed the use of my artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, blockchains, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

•I will never sell/resell/anything with any of my work(s) as nonfungible tokens. If artwork I have come to create, regardless if commissioned work(s) or personal work(s), is listed as a nonfungible token or is being resold for cryptocurrency, it is stolen. Please report any reposts or resales to me promptly, and I will deal with them.

•In Short: My Work cannot be used for NFT/Sold for NFT.NO FUCKING AI/NFT/ETC MY ART IS NOT FOR THAT OR FOR YOU IF YOU DO THAT

•NO REFUNDS whether started or not. I will not issue a refund

•I do not allow character swapping. It makes things way too confusing.

•If you ghost me while ordering you will be blacklisted, no exceptions

•I will not take commissions of characters that are actively up for offers OR may be up for offers in the span of 3 months

•My commissions can take up to 3-6 MONTHS (possibly longer if it is around the holidays) to finish this is due to several health issues I have, as well as nerve damage in my wrist. Remember that I am human, I do have things come up and i do publicly update customers.

•Once the piece is finished I will not do any more edits (unless a marking that is on the ref if missed), the item sent to you is the finished piece. Any edits after that will come with a fee that is non-negotiable. I WILL NOT edit YCHs.-I WILL NOT edit YCHs or pieces that I am given artistic liberty on or is experimental. By asking for this you are literally allowing me freedom; dont give me the idea you had after ive done the sketch

•Please provide a high-quality reference image of the character you want to have drawn for easy referencing and color picking. If the reference image I receive is low quality you are subject to an extra charge or having your commission declined.

•DO NOT EDIT/TRACE/CLAIM MY ART AS YOUR OWN! THIS SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE SAID BUT I HAVE HAD PEOPLE DO IT

•I will not edit the markings of your character without it on the reference this means if you were to ask me to take the blue stripes out and replace them with green stripes, I will not without a complexity fee.

I WILL NEVER DRAW NONCON, PEDO, INCEST CONTENT I will NOT draw any offensive content whatsoever

I reserve the right to deny/cancel your commission. This means at any point in the commission I can give a refund. Many reasons such as: rude behavior, a PSA/Callout on you, finding anything distasteful/hateful on your social media, etc.
